Setup is available in some areas, and pickup is always included in the delivery fee.

Safety is our top priority when it comes to renting baby equipment. All products are current and meet the latest federal safety standards. Each item is thoroughly inspected after every use and replaced as needed, keeping pace with updates in the ever-evolving baby gear industry. All equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before delivery and at pickup.

We recommend placing your order as soon as you know your rental dates! Availability is limited, especially during busy times like summer break and holidays, which tend to fill up fast. We will always try to accommodate last-minute orders.

To complete your reservation, you’ll need to provide your card information, which will be charged when the reservation is submitted.
If you need to make any changes to your order we will apply
any credits or additions to the card on file. We accept all major credit
cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. -
Most cribs today require no longer assembly. The newer styles are designed to roll in and unfold easily with just a few latches—no hardware or tools needed—making setup quick and simple for almost anyone.
We do not install car seats due to insurance and liability reasons. However, installation instructions or a link to an instructional video are provided. For additional help, many local fire stations offer car seat installation services.

The delivery fee covers delivery, pickup at the end of your reservation, and setup for most items—excluding car seats, safety gates, and other baby-proofing equipment.
Additional fees may apply for same-day delivery, deliveries outside of regular business hours, or on holidays.
If a B2B has to return to the property for any reason that is outside of our control, there will be an additional trip fee.

Yes, you can make changes to your order by logging into your account and updating it directly. Alternatively, you can contact the local number provided in your confirmation email. You’ll receive an updated confirmation email once your changes are processed. Please note that any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery should also be called in and are subject to availability.

Yes, we deliver to the Norfolk International Airport! We would meet you at your specific time of arrival and departure at either your car rental agency, cell phone lot or curbside. On checkout simply provide your itinerary formation and we will do the rest. Your flight info will be checked for delays but when possible call your local contact with updates on late arrivals.
Extra charges may apply in some areas for airport deliveries or time
delays. Note, full size cribs cannot be delivered to
airports. -
You are responsible for the equipment once it has been delivered to you and must return it in the same condition in which it was received. Please refrain from allowing food or beverages in or on any equipment, except for high chairs or booster seats. Additionally, smoking is not permitted near the equipment, as odors can be absorbed by fabrics and plastics.
If any items are returned excessively soiled (including incidents such as vomit or diaper leaks) or with a strong odor of smoke, a detailed cleaning fee of $25 per item will be charged to the credit card on file.
The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment
and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the
renter. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair, or replacement will apply to the credit card on file. -
Orders canceled prior to being confirmed will be refunded 100%. There is a $25 processing fee on all confirmed orders canceled prior to 72 hours of the delivery date. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the product total or the minimum order amount for that area whichever is greater plus the $25 processing fee. Delivery charges will be fully refunded. NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED OR TERMINATED EARLY. If you arrive at your location and realize that they already have some of the products that you have rented provided for you there are no refunds. Sometimes this happens at rental properties & hotels so please find out if they have some of the products you may already need.
Note that if you are unhappy with the service in any way, we do not give an automatic full refund. We will do everything we can to rectify any situation at hand and to make things right for you. If we cannot for any reason give you a replacement then a refund can apply. Complaints regarding your order after the rental term is over will not be credited or refunded.
